However, some CCRs and bylaws can be really limiting that they affect ones democracy and lifestyle. Nothing is wrong with that if you know what you are signing up for. But when you dont, then youre in for an unpleasant surprise. Some bylaws stipulate things that you can and cant do in the community, as well as outdoor decorations and fixtures which are or arent allowed.
