How To Make Money In Isagenix

By Ricardo Interpermian

Isagenix distributors: Do you want to know how to become a top earner?

If you seek to become a top earner, you need a way to promote to thousands of people- not just to the small number of friends and family network marketers are taught to approach.

The single most important skill you could ever learn is marketing.

Here are 3 ways top earners dominate today:

- Ramp Up Your Commitment

A huge shortcoming I see among networkers in opportunities like Isagenix is they simply are not very committed. It's critical you step up your commitment level if you're going to succeed in Isagenix.

In general there are two types of commitment shortfalls:

- Dedicating far too little time to build a solid business

- Putting too little money into their business

Regarding time commitment, most new network marketers want to commit 4-8 hours per week to their business. Many people think that telling a few friends about their Isagenix business is going to entice a lot of people to join.

That's wishful thinking. Do you intend to make a full time income? You'll probably require 15-30 hours per week. If you can't invest that time at first, then build up to that over time.

Regarding money, most networkers start their business on a shoe string budget. They seriously believe they'll never need to spend money on advertising. These people tend to have little or no money for their own training and education.

These are serious mistakes. Over time you should expect to invest several thousand dollars into your own training and education. You're building a business, not a hobby. You must escalate your commitment level if you are seriously going to succeed in Isagenix or any other business.

- Purchase The Premium Level

Many network marketing programs and affiliate marketing products have products at various price points. For example:

- A basic level that's the lowest price.

- An offer that's priced between the highest and lowest levels.

- A premium level that's the highest price.

It's critical you buy in at the top of the product line. You'll make MUCH more money in your Isagenix business this way. It's common that you can only generate commissions on the sale of products you own yourself.

- You get paid the least when you sell the least expensive product.

- Sales of the top tier product will pay the largest commissions.

The premium commission might pay five to twenty times more money per sale than the basic level! Your Isagenix business is likely to face HUGE challenges if you don't get in at the top level:

- What you get paid is a tiny percentage of what you could be earning, with the exact same amount of time and effort.

- People at the higher tiers will earn far more than you. They earn higher commissions and thus can spend more on advertising than you.

- You are poisoning your mindset by believing you don't have what it takes (money, skill etc.) to play at the top. As a result, you will never summon the fortitude, drive and determination to actually make things happen.

Thinking you can't come up with the money is how a poor person, not a top producer, thinks. Position at the top of the pay plan. You might not make it as a Isagenix rep if you don't position at the highest level.

- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

Attrition can make growing your Isagenix business every month very difficult. People in companies such as Isagenix are usually taught two methods to solve their attrition issue. But each strategy has problems.

1) The first strategy is to assist your new Isagenix reps to get into profit quickly, so they have reason to stay in the game. When you attempt to help EVERY new Isagenix rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. About 20% of your Isagenix downline is going to generate 80% of the growth and income in your business, and you end up focusing on the weakest 80%! Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your Isagenix downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. Live team events, Isagenix team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This approach can get people to rely on you to motivate them. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team...But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into Isagenix and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You're running a business, not a self-help group. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. By diversifying your revenue sources, you are not as reliant on Isagenix for income. Attrition becomes a smaller problem when you rely less on your Isagenix downline for residual income. A second way to make attrition less important is to promote a high ticket opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per sale. In contrast, most network marketing comp plans such as Isagenix pay a $50-$100 sign-up bonus for each new rep you sponsor, forcing you to build a large team and build a large residual check to make a full-time income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This makes retention a non-issue.
