If you enroll in a legitimate course, you will also be provided with a so called cultural ambassador, who will serve as your single point and source of queries, details, and state of current affairs. Usually, he or she is from the background in question.

For trainers and consultants, you should see to it that they have great communication skills. Knowledge in a particular foreign language might not be needed, but you should agree that its greatly preferable. They must have intercultural awareness, while at the same time work closely with your company and know its roles, functions, methods, and some such.
